OH YEAH! Toys for boys! Hey, just because I don’t have boys of my own doesn’t mean I don’t like them. You’re talking to a girl who grew up with seven older brothers and no sisters! I have played with my fair share of Tonka trucks and Star Wars action figures. And G.I. Joe? Pccchhh! Who else do you think took Barbie out on dates? It wasn’t always Ken, I can tell you that much!

My brother always got Tonka trucks from his Godmother for birthdays/Christmas. I envied him and I do believe that when he wasn’t around, I did my share of playing with his Tonka trucks!
I lived next door to THREE boys, hells yeah I played with Tonka trucks! And my Barbie dated their GIJoes all the time ;)
I didn’t play with Tonka trucks much when I was little, but now that I have a son I do!

I didn’t have any Tonka Trucks as a kid, but my kiddos have had several and love them.
Oh boy I don’t know about when I myself was little, but OH boy my kids had a whole fleet of Tonka Trucks! Wore them right out, too. Got a LOT of use. Indoors and out! Love Tonka trucks. Now I have a lot of grandkids and a tonka truck will ALWAYS be needed.

When I was a young girl in the 50′s and 60′s my cousins would get the Tonkas for Christmas. When I became the mother of 3 boys, I bought them Tonkas, and I would like this Tonka for my great grandsons!

This would be SO cute for my son! Even my daughter is getting in the habit of running around with Tonka trucks. I loved to play with them when I was little too…nothing better then going outside to try them out too!
