I would like to call it the difficult and frustrating VHS to DVD. I've tried using it with 3 different laptops that I have and have reloaded it several times. I keep getting error message after error message. There is no good support offered by Roxio. I tried emailing the, the only way they offer support, and their reply made no sense and was not helpful. They only refund if purchased through them and since I bought it at Sam's Club, I guess I am out 49.00 and still have piles of old movies that need to be transferred.
